Magentoでお問い合わせフォームを編集する場合は下記のファイルを変更します。
app/design/frontend/base/default/template/contacts
例えば問い合わせフォームに「題名」という要素を追加したい場合は、下記のように書きます。
見た目の変更はこのようにしてできます。次はインプットデータをメールのテンプレートに載せる方法です。
バックエンドの編集
Magentoはこの辺がよく出来ていて、追加したフィールドの値を取得するのは管理者画面からできます。
まず、「システム」-「取り引きメール」に行き、「新規テンプレートの追加」をクリック
テンプレートで「コンタクトフォーム」を選択し、「テンプレートを読み込む」ボタンをクリックします。
すると下記のようにデフォルトの変数マッピングが読み込まれます。
ここで他の項目に習って新しいフィールドを追加します。例えば「題名」を追加するには、下記のように一行追記します。
その後で「テンプレートを保存」ボタンを押します。
次に「システム」-「設定」-「コンタクト」に行き、メールテンプレートで先ほど保存したテンプレートを保存して完了です。
