Ver.1.8のチェックアウト画面で支払い情報や発送情報の都道府県ドロップダウンが表示されないことがあります。
Javascriptのエラーコードで下記のようなメッセージが出力されていると思います。
"countryRegions is not defined"
意味はそのままなのですが、countryRegionsが定義されていないということです。
解決するには、appdesignfrontendbasedefaulttemplatecheckoutonepage.phtml の32行目あたりに下記の一行を追加してください。追加したら念のためにキャッシュをクリアして実行するとドロップダウンが現れます。
