特定の購入パターンのお客様に、定期的にニュースレターを送るのです。
要は入り口はいつもお客様の視野に入れておいて、最終決断は自身でしてもらうという流れです。
さすがに数日前に自分のしたオーダーを忘れる人はいないと思うのでクレーム発生のリスクも軽減されます。
